Heritage Pork Plain Option Non-Refundable Deposit

These Berkshire pigs have been raised entirely by the monks and are about a year and a half old. When they were younger, they were supplemented with non-organic grain; however, they have since been nourished with acorns, whey produced from the monks' cheesemaking, kitchen scraps, and excess produce from the monastery garden. They have never received any vaccinations or antibiotics.
